Job summary

Rise Financial Group is seeking a Sales Representative & Trainer to drive revenue growth while mentoring a growing sales team. The role blends direct sales responsibilities with leadership duties to develop new talent and improve team performance.

You will travel within the designated area, enjoy uncapped earning potential with commissions, and participate in ongoing training and leadership development. This is a full-time, in-person position in the United States.

Qualifications

• 1+ years in B2B sales with a proven track record of meeting/exceeding targets.
• Preferred experience in coaching, mentoring, or training roles (not mandatory).
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Demonstrated ability to lead, motivate, and coach a team.

Responsibilities

• Prospect and generate leads through cold calling, networking, and referrals.
• Build and maintain relationships with new and existing clients to ensure repeat business.
• Present products, negotiate contracts, and close sales to hit targets (KPIs).
• Deliver and develop training programs, coach new hires, and monitor training effectiveness.
• Track training outcomes and continuously improve programs for better performance.
