Job summary

Rise Financial Group is seeking a Sales Representative & Trainer to drive revenue growth while mentoring new talent. This full-time, on-site role combines client acquisition with training responsibilities across a regional territory.

You will prospect, close deals, and coach junior staff, benefiting from a fast-paced environment and performance-based compensation. Travel to client sites will be required.

Qualifications

• 1+ years B2B sales with a track record of meeting/exceeding targets.
• Previous coaching/mentoring or training experience preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Demonstrated leadership, motivation, and coaching ability.
• Organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities.
• Ability to travel within territory as needed.

Responsibilities

• Prospect and generate new client leads.
• Build and nurture relationships to secure repeat business.
• Present products and negotiate contracts to close sales.
• Meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs.
• Lead, mentor, and train junior sales staff.
• Monitor training effectiveness and adjust materials as needed.
