Rise Financial Group is seeking an Insurance Sales Representative & Trainer to drive sales growth and lead the training and development of the team. You’ll mentor new hires, refine sales skills, and ensure high performance within a proven sales environment.

The role emphasizes hands-on sales activity, ongoing coaching, and curriculum mastery across processes and materials, with travel within the region and a B2B, in-person work setting.

Formación

• Proven sales experience, ideally in face-to-face environments.
• Strong background in sales training or coaching, with onboarding experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication, with ability to motivate others.
• Quick learner with a growth mindset, able to teach sales processes to others.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple trainees or teams.
• Comfortable with sales technologies and CRM systems to track performance.

Responsabilidades

• Actively engage in sales activities to meet individual and team goals.
• Lead training sessions for new hires and existing team members on sales processes.
• Provide ongoing coaching and mentorship to sales staff to improve skills and results.
• Track trainee and representative performance, giving constructive feedback.
• Learn and translate company sales processes into effective training modules and workshops.
