Rise Financial Group is seeking an Outside Sales Representative & Trainer to build relationships with businesses, present our supplemental insurance products, and drive revenue in a fast-paced environment.

You will lead by example, mentor new teammates, and pursue leadership opportunities while earning uncapped commissions and a flexible schedule. A valid driver’s license and willingness to travel are required.

Competenze

• Sales experience is a plus, but we are happy to train motivated individuals who are eager to learn.
• Strong communication skills and a passion for helping others are essential.
• A positive attitude and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team are required.
• Previous leadership or mentorship experience is beneficial but not required.
