Job summary

RISE Financial is seeking a motivated Sales Representative & Field Trainer to drive new business and train new hires across our local markets. This dual role combines hands-on selling with mentoring, coaching, and program delivery in person.

You will identify clients, close deals, and lead training sessions for teammates, while traveling within your region to build relationships and ensure consistent performance in a fast-paced, incentive-driven environment.

Qualifications

• 1 year of B2B sales experience with a track record of meeting/exceeding targets.
• Prior mentoring/training experience preferred; willingness to learn and coach others.
• Strong verbal and written communication, ability to stay organized and manage multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

• Actively identify and engage potential clients through in-person activities and referrals.
• Build and nurture long-term client relationships to drive retention and repeat business.
• Present and promote products/services, negotiate contracts, and close sales.
• Meet or exceed individual sales goals and KPIs.
• Deliver training programs to new hires and provide ongoing mentorship.
