Responsibilities

• Drive Direct Business to Business Sales: close new business with prospective clients and tailor solutions.
• Lead & Develop a High-Performing Team: coach and train new and existing sales reps to excel.
• Collaborate for Growth: align with senior management on goals and execute growth strategies.
• Provide regular progress reports on sales, team development, and training effectiveness.
