You’ll act as a trusted advisor, manage the full sales cycle from outreach to closing, and develop long-term relationships while thriving in a collaborative, athlete-like culture with ongoing training and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of professional work experience (post-high school)
• Willing to obtain State Health Insurance License; licensing assistance provided
• Bachelor's degree not required
• B2B sales experience, preferably in insurance or financial products

Responsibilities

• Lead the charge by identifying and reaching out to potential clients, building relationships, and ensuring protection with the right insurance solutions.
• Consultative sales approach as trusted advisor to understand client needs and solutions.
• Negotiate and close deals through the full sales process, ensuring mutual benefit.
• Maintain long-term relationships and provide ongoing value after the sale.
