RISE Financial Group is seeking a motivated Junior Sales Representative to build relationships with clients and promote our supplemental insurance products. This outside sales role is designed for growth in a business‑to‑business community, with licensing reimbursement available and a strong training program.

You’ll gain weekly/monthly bonuses, stock incentives, and a clear path to leadership as you meet performance targets in a supportive environment.

Qualifications

• Strong work ethic and a commitment to personal and professional growth.

• Willingness to obtain a Health & Life producer license (licensing reimbursement available).
• A bachelor's degree or 5+ years of post-high school professional experience (exceptions made for specialized sales backgrounds).
