Qualifications

• 12+ months of retail or customer service experience.
• Proficient with computers.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• At least 18 years old and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Answer inbound sales calls from business customers about products and services.
• Place outbound sales calls to generate leads and sales opportunities.
• Customize and recommend offerings based on business needs.
• Build and manage a book of business and follow up on leads.
• Utilize CRM tools and process sales orders accurately.
