Job summary

Allegiant Business Group is hiring a B2B Sales Representative & Trainer to expand its local territory. You will combine direct sales with mentoring newer agents, building relationships with business clients and employees, and driving growth through hands-on coaching and structured training.

The role offers commission-based income, a weekly base draw, licensing support, and advancement opportunities with a flexible schedule within a local territory.

Qualifications

• Proven outside sales experience and leadership/mentorship roles.
• Strong relationship-building and face-to-face communication.
• Willing to obtain Health & Life license and travel locally.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and grow relationships with SMB clients.
• Conduct in-person benefit presentations and enrollment meetings.
• Recommend supplemental insurance solutions based on client needs.
• Mentor newer agents through field coaching.
• Maintain client and activity records in Salesforce.
• Prospect new opportunities through referrals and networking.
• Collaborate with leadership to set weekly goals.
• Provide ongoing client service and follow-up.
