Job summary

Rise Financial Group is seeking a B2B Sales Representative & Trainer to drive new business and lead training for a growing team. This role combines sales execution with developing and coaching sales reps to exceed targets.

You will conduct meetings to educate clients on supplemental insurance benefits, maintain a strong pipeline, and collaborate with management on growth strategies. This is a full-time in-person role with competitive compensation.
