Job summary

City Wide is seeking a driven Sales Executive in Cincinnati, OH to own an inside/outbound territory and drive B2B growth. You will prospect, present tailored facility maintenance solutions, and close deals with business owners, supported by a collaborative leadership team.

You’ll leverage a robust CRM, build relationships, and navigate objections with confidence. The role offers uncapped commissions, strong benefits, and real opportunities to advance within a national network.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of B2B sales with outbound focus.
• Ability to lead conversations, ask smart questions, and adapt to clients.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and follow-up skills.
• High school diploma required; bachelor's degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Proactively develop and manage a pipeline of B2B prospects.
• Leverage LinkedIn to identify, connect with, and nurture prospects; build and maintain a strong online presence.
• Conduct weekly prospecting to maintain momentum and pipeline velocity.
• Build trust and credibility with business owners and decision-makers, showcasing solutions.
• Present tailored solutions, handle objections, and close deals that create mutual value.
• Track all activities and leads in our CRM system.
