Job summary

Allegiant Business Group seeks a Sales Agent Trainee to engage local business owners in face-to-face conversations about supplemental insurance options. You’ll operate in a defined local territory with mentorship, training, and licensing support to help you grow a successful book of business.

The role offers a flexible, autonomous schedule within a supportive team, with uncapped earning potential and a proven system for growth. Prior insurance experience is not required.

Qualifications

• Coachable, reliable, and growth-oriented.
• Comfortable building relationships face-to-face.
• Motivated by purpose and people, not just numbers.
• Able to manage time and follow systems.
• Willing to obtain a Health & Life license (training provided).

Responsibilities

• Meet with decision-makers at small and mid-size businesses.
• Present supplemental insurance options in enrollment-style meetings.
• Build lasting relationships through follow-up and service.
• Maintain accurate client and activity records in Salesforce.
• Work closely with mentors to set goals and grow.
• Expand your territory through referrals and community connections.
