Qualifications

• 3+ years of outside B2B sales experience.
• Proven track record of sales success, with 2+ years of quota achievement.
• Strong prospecting and new-business development skills.
• Experience selling to business owners, executives, or other decision-makers.
• Experience closing short-cycle B2B sales preferred.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• CRM systems and MS Office proficiency.
• Can-do attitude and hunger to win.

Responsibilities

• Prospect aggressively to develop new business opportunities.
• Build and maintain relationships with CEOs, business owners, facility managers, and other decision-makers.
• Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting through close.
• Develop and maintain a strong sales pipeline within your territory.
• Conduct professional presentations and meetings with prospective clients.
• Identify client needs and position City Wide's facility solutions as the right fit.
• Meet and exceed monthly and annual sales goals.
• Accurately manage sales activity and pipeline information within the CRM.
• Collaborate with operations and marketing teams to ensure a successful client experience.
• Build long-term relationships that generate repeat and referral business.
