City Wide Facility Solutions in Colorado is seeking a driven Sales Executive to open doors, build relationships, and close new business in a competitive, uncapped earning environment.

You will prospect, engage CEOs and decision-makers, manage the full sales cycle, and collaborate with operations and marketing to deliver an exceptional client experience. City Wide offers a base salary, uncapped commissions, and a strong benefits package.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of outside B2B sales experience.
• Proven track record of sales success with at least 2+ years of quota achievement.
• Strong prospecting and new-business development skills.
• Experience selling to CEOs, business owners, or decision-makers.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to manage full sales cycle and CRM data.

Responsibilities

• Prospect aggressively to develop new business opportunities.
• Build and maintain relationships with CEOs, business owners, facility managers, property managers, and other decision-makers.
• Manage full sales cycle from prospecting through close.
• Develop and maintain a strong sales pipeline within your territory.
• Conduct professional presentations and meetings with prospective clients.
• Meet and exceed monthly and annual sales goals.
• Collaborate with operations and marketing teams to ensure client experience.
• Build long-term relationships that generate repeat and referral business.
