Job summary

City Wide Facility Solutions in Detroit is seeking a driven Sales Executive to expand our commercial client base. You will own the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing, building relationships with business owners, property managers, and facility leaders.

This role rewards an hunter mentality with uncapped commissions, a competitive base salary, and ongoing training within a national brand. Travel across the territory is expected to drive growth and success.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of successful B2B sales experience preferred.
• Proven ability to prospect, generate leads, and close new business.
• Demonstrated hunter mentality with a passion for sales and achievement.

Responsibilities

• Identify, qualify, and secure new business opportunities.
• Prospect through cold calling, networking, referrals, and outreach activities.
• Develop and manage a robust sales pipeline.
• Schedule and conduct appointments with prospective clients.
• Build relationships with decision-makers and key stakeholders.
• Generate leads through networking events, community involvement, and business organizations.
