Stratus Building Solutions is seeking a Sales Executive to drive new business through full-cycle sales, including prospecting, presenting, closing, and onboarding. This role demands high activity, ownership, and follow-through to meet ambitious targets and build lasting client relationships.

You will generate leads, conduct meetings, deliver compelling proposals, and collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful onboarding.

Qualifications

• Proven track record in sales performance.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
• Highly organized with strong follow-up discipline.

Responsabilités

• Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Generate leads through outbound prospecting and networking.
• Conduct client meetings and deliver sales presentations.
• Develop and present proposals within 48 hours.
• Maintain consistent follow-up to drive deals to close.
• Track all activity and pipeline in CRM.
• Partner with internal teams to ensure successful account onboarding.
