Job summary

Volarify is seeking a results-driven Sales Executive to develop new business and grow revenue in the Restoration & Commercial Services sector. You will build relationships with executives and facility managers, prospect new accounts, and close opportunities in healthcare, multifamily, hospitality, and other commercial sectors.

Ideal candidates have a proven track record in B2B sales, networking, and closing deals, with the ability to manage a large book of business and meet annual targets.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in B2B sales, business development, account management, or commercial services sales.
• Demonstrated ability to generate new business and consistently meet or exceed sales goals.
• Strong prospecting, cold-calling, networking, negotiation, and closing skills.

Responsibilities

• Prospect, develop, and close new commercial restoration and service accounts.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with commercial clients and key decision-makers.
• Develop business within target markets such as healthcare, multifamily, hospitality, commercial property management, and other institutional accounts.
• Generate new opportunities through cold calling, networking, referrals, industry events, and in-person meetings.
• Participate in organizations and networking events such as BOMA, IFMA, IREM, and other local business associations.
• Manage and grow a book of business with an annual target of approximately $1.5M+.
• Identify opportunities within existing accounts and expand client relationships.
• Partner closely with operations teams to support successful project delivery, customer satisfaction, and account retention.
• Maintain accurate CRM activity, sales forecasts, pipeline information, and territory plans.
• Develop and execute a strategic sales plan for the assigned market.
