Job summary

Volarify is seeking a Sales Executive for restoration and commercial services in the Falmouth/Portland area. You will drive new business, build relationships with executives and facility managers, and manage a $1.5M+ annual book of business.

The role emphasizes prospecting, networking, and closing deals with healthcare, multifamily, hospitality, and other institutional accounts, supported by operations and leadership.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in B2B sales and business development.
• Track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals.
• Ability to build relationships with executives and facility managers.
• Strong prospecting, negotiation, and closing skills.
• CRM experience and territory planning.

Responsibilities

• Prospect, develop, and close new commercial restoration and service accounts.
• Build and maintain relationships with commercial clients and decision-makers.
• Develop business within target markets such as healthcare, multifamily, hospitality, commercial property management, and other institutional accounts.
• Generate new opportunities through cold calling, networking, referrals, industry events, and in-person meetings.
• Participate in organizations and networking events such as BOMA, IFMA, IREM, and other local business associations.
• Manage and grow a book of business with an annual target of approximately $1.5M+.
• Identify opportunities within existing accounts and expand client relationships.
• Partner closely with operations teams to support successful project delivery, customer satisfaction, and account retention.
• Maintain accurate CRM activity, sales forecasts, pipeline information, and territory plans.
• Develop and execute a strategic sales plan for the assigned market.
