Qualifications

• Proven B2B sales, business development or account management experience.
• Strong prospecting, networking and closing skills.
• Ability to build relationships with executives and facility managers.
• CRM experience and sales forecasting capability.

Responsibilities

• Prospect, develop, and close new commercial restoration and service accounts.
• Build and maintain relationships with commercial clients and key decision-makers.
• Develop business within target markets such as healthcare, multifamily, hospitality, and property management.
• Generate new opportunities through cold calling, networking, referrals and events.
• Maintain CRM activity, forecasts, pipeline, and territory plans.
