Volarify is seeking an experienced Sales Executive to develop new business and manage a commercial restoration and services book. You will engage executives and decision-makers, build long-term relationships, and drive revenue growth in targeted sectors.

This role emphasizes proactive prospecting, networking, and closing opportunities, with strong operational support and a clear path to a high-earning, uncapped commission structure.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in B2B sales, business development, account management, or commercial services sales.
• Demonstrated ability to generate new business and meet or exceed sales goals.
• Strong prospecting, cold-calling, networking, negotiation, and closing skills.
• Ability to establish relationships with executives, property managers, facility managers, and other decision-makers.
• CRM experience and familiarity with sales forecasting and territory planning.

Responsibilities

• Prospect, develop, and close new commercial restoration and service accounts.
• Build and maintain relationships with commercial clients and key decision-makers.
• Develop business within target markets such as healthcare, multifamily, hospitality, commercial property management, and other institutional accounts.
• Generate new opportunities through cold calling, networking, referrals, industry events, and in-person meetings.
• Manage and grow a book of business with an annual target of approximately $1.5M+.
• Maintain accurate CRM activity, sales forecasts, pipeline information, and territory plans.
• Develop and execute a strategic sales plan for the assigned market.
