Qualifications

• Proven experience in B2B sales, business development, account management or related commercial services.
• History of generating new business and meeting/exceeding sales targets.
• Strong prospecting, networking, negotiation and closing skills.

Responsibilities

• Prospect, develop, and close new commercial restoration and service accounts.
• Build and maintain relationships with commercial clients and decision-makers.
• Develop business within target markets such as healthcare, multifamily, hospitality and property management.
• Generate opportunities via cold calling, networking, referrals and events.
• Maintain CRM activity, forecasts, pipeline, and territory plans.
• Partner with operations to ensure delivery, satisfaction and retention.
