Job summary

City Wide Facility Solutions is seeking a high-energy sales professional to drive new business in a fast-paced B2B environment. You will prospect, build relationships with decision-makers, and present our comprehensive facility solutions to clients in the Louisville market.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of B2B sales experience with a focus on new business development
• Demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Strong negotiation and closing abilities
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented, able to work independently
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM systems

Responsibilities

• Prospect for new clients using cold calling, networking events, and referrals
• Build and nurture relationships with key decision-makers and influencers
• Deliver compelling sales presentations that highlight service value
• Negotiate and close deals, consistently hitting or exceeding targets
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless implementation and ongoing customer satisfaction
