Qualifications

• 3+ years outside B2B sales experience.
• Demonstrated track record of success (2 full calendar years, IE 105% of sales goal).
• Strong prospecting and territory development skills.
• Proficiency with CRM systems and data organization.

Responsibilities

• Prospect and qualify potential clients across channels.
• Conduct a minimum of 20 hours prospecting per week.
• Deliver sales presentations and meetings to convey service value.
• Develop customized proposals to meet client needs.
• Build and maintain client relationships for long-term partnerships.
• Coordinate with operations to ensure smooth post-sale execution.
• Maintain CRM lists and track activities for management reports.
• Meet and exceed sales targets to earn commissions.
