City Wide in Knoxville is seeking Sales Executives to join our rapidly growing team. The role focuses on generating new and recurring commercial business, from cold calls to closing deals, with a base salary plus commissions and a car allowance.

You will drive the full sales cycle, identify prospects, schedule meetings, present services, and manage CRM for all client and lead data. Ideal candidates are self-starters with a hunter mentality and strong communication abilities.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of B2B sales experience.
• Hunter mentality; goal-driven.
• Experience with cold calling (phone and field).
• Strong written and oral communication.
• Valid driver’s license with clean record and own vehicle (car allowance).

Responsibilities

• Identify potential clients, leads and referrals to meet or exceed sales goals.
• Schedule appointments, understand account requirements, and present solutions.
• Close sales by building rapport and presenting contracts.
• Maintain client and lead information in the CRM.
