Qualifications

• 2+ years in B2B sales with account management.
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.
• Strong relationship-building and de-escalation experience.
• Comfortable discussing numbers, contracts, and scopes with executives.
• Must have valid driver's license and reliable vehicle.

Responsibilities

• B2B business development: prospect, cold-call, and close new accounts with monthly contracts.
• Client services: be the primary contact for existing commercial clients and gather feedback.
• Contract retention & upselling: maintain loyalty and upsell services.
• Cross-team collaboration: liaison between client and operations to resolve issues quickly.
