Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience blending B2B sales with account management or client services.
• Bilingual (English / Spanish) is a strong plus.
• Proven ability to de-escalate client issues and build loyalty.
• Strong presentation skills and comfort discussing numbers, contracts, and service scopes.

Responsibilities

• B2B Business Development: Prospect, cold-call, network to find new accounts; conduct site walkthroughs and present proposals to close monthly contracts.
• Client Services & Account Management: Serve as the primary contact for existing clients; conduct QA walkthroughs and address service issues.
• Contract Retention & Upselling: Maintain high retention and identify opportunities to upsell services such as floor care and window washing.
• Cross-Team Collaboration: Liaise between client and cleaning operations to resolve requests and issues quickly.
