Job summary

Rentokil North America is seeking an Account Executive to sell Commercial Pest Management services and products to new and existing clients while maintaining top-tier customer service. You will build relationships across hospitality, food & beverage, healthcare, and retail sectors and participate in a comprehensive training program to learn our offerings.

You will inspect for infestations, develop proposals, and present solutions that drive growth.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver's license from your state of residence.
• Strong social, customer service and communication skills.
• Preferred two years of B2B sales experience with prospecting skills.
• Willing to travel up to 100% of time within territory.

Responsibilities

• Create new business opportunities through cold calling, prospecting, networking, leads, referrals, and cross-selling.
• Visually inspect buildings and sell pest control solutions and preventive maintenance.
• Develop territory strategies to exceed sales targets.
• Learn Rentokil programs, pricing policies, and service offerings.
• Collaborate with internal departments to maximize growth opportunities and ensure service delivery.
• Use the sales CRM to track daily activities and performance.
