Job summary

Terminix is seeking an Account Executive to drive new business and manage commercial pest control solutions across a broad market segment. You will learn our programs, build client partnerships, and develop territory strategies to exceed sales targets.

You will conduct cold calls, field visits, and proposals, while maintaining a strong focus on customer satisfaction. Travel within the assigned territory is required, with a performance-driven culture and comprehensive training.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license from your state of residence.
• Preferred two years of experience in B2B sales with prospecting skills.
• Self-motivated, hunter’s mentality with ability to work independently.
• Travel up to 100% of time within assigned territory.

Responsibilities

• Create new business opportunities through cold calling, prospecting, networking, leads, referrals, and cross-selling.
• Visually inspect buildings for pests and sell pest control solutions and preventative maintenance for Commercial customers.
• Craft territory development strategies to exceed sales targets.
• Learn and maintain knowledge of Rentokil’s programs, pricing policies, and service offerings.
• Build partnerships and collaborate with internal departments to maximize growth opportunities and ensure outstanding service.
• Complete daily activities and sales performance using the company CRM.
