Terminix is seeking an Account Executive to drive new business and grow revenue in commercial Pest Control across various industries. You will prospect, present, and close deals, building strong relationships with hospitality, healthcare, and retail clients.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Strong communication and customer service skills required.
• 2+ years of B2B sales experience preferred.
• Self-motivated hunter mentality with ability to work independently.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and be willing to travel within territory.

Responsibilities

• Create new business opportunities through cold calling, prospecting, networking, leads and referrals.
• Visually inspect client facilities and sell pest control solutions and preventive maintenance for commercial customers.
• Develop territory strategies to exceed sales targets.
• Maintain knowledge of Rentokil programs, policies, and pricing.
• Collaborate with internal teams to maximize growth and ensure exceptional service.
