Job summary

Rentokil Pest Control North America seeks an Account Executive to drive new business and grow sales of pest management services across commercial segments. You will inspect sites, present solutions, and manage client relationships to expand market share.

The role requires travel within assigned territory, strong communication and a customer-first mindset, and the ability to learn products and pricing policies to close deals.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver's license.
• Strong social, customer service, and communication skills.
• Preferred two years of Business-to-Business sales experience.
• Self-motivated, hunter's mentality and independence.
• Travel up to 100% within assigned territory.

Responsibilities

• Create new business opportunities through cold calling, prospecting, networking, leads, referrals, and cross-selling.
• Visually inspect buildings for pests and sell pest control solutions and preventative maintenance for commercial customers.
• Craft territory development strategies to exceed sales targets.
• Learn Rentokil’s programs, pricing policies, and service offerings.
• Build partnerships with internal departments to maximize growth opportunities and ensure service excellence.
• Maintain daily activities and sales performance using the company CRM.
