Job summary

The Terminix International Company Limited Partnership is seeking an Account Executive in Riverside, CA to sell pest management services to commercial clients. You will prospect, present proposals, and close deals while delivering outstanding customer service.

You will learn Rentokil’s programs and pricing, build partnerships across departments, and develop strategies to exceed sales targets, with the support of a comprehensive training program.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid driver’s license from your state of residence.
• Preferred 2+ years in B2B sales with prospecting skills (cold calling, lead generation, networking).
• Self-motivated hunter mentality with ability to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Create new business opportunities through cold calling, prospecting, networking, leads, referrals, and cross-selling.
• Visually inspect buildings for pests and sell pest control solutions and preventive maintenance for commercial customers.
• Craft territory development strategies to exceed sales targets.
• Learn and maintain knowledge of Rentokil’s programs, protocols, pricing, and service offerings.
• Build partnerships and collaborate with internal departments to maximize growth opportunities and ensure outstanding service.
