Job summary

Global Payments is seeking a B2B Outside Sales Representative for the Genius team in Fresno, CA. You will bring innovative payment solutions to small and mid-size business owners and guide them through the full sales cycle.

The role emphasizes field-based outreach, consultative presentations, and relationship building to drive revenue and client value. You will collaborate with the District Manager and maintain accurate pipeline in Atlas and Salesforce.

Qualifications

• Proven success in B2B sales, preferably SaaS, fintech, or merchant services.
• Ability to present consultatively in person and virtually.
• Willingness to spend ~75% of time in the field.
• Must live within 1 hour of Fresno job posting.
• Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• Drive new business and grow revenue for Genius and Global Payments.
• Own full sales cycle from prospecting to close.
• Maintain pipeline and activity in Atlas and Salesforce.
• Collaborate with District Manager to identify opportunities.
• Deliver value-based presentations to clients.
