Job summary

Rocky Mountain Restoration in Mesa, AZ is seeking a results-driven Business Development Representative to generate high-quality referrals by connecting with blue-collar workers and small business owners. In this role you will build and maintain relationships with referral partners, conduct in-person visits, host trainings, and collaborate on marketing campaigns.

You will track leads in the CRM and pursue opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years outside sales experience, B2B preferred.
• 2–3 years customer service experience.
• Willingness to undergo background check and drug screen.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with referral partners, including plumbing companies, property managers, and insurance agents.
• Conduct regular in-person visits and check-ins with partners to ensure satisfaction and identify new opportunities.
• Host trainings and group meetings with referral partners to share best practices, updates, and new service offerings.
• Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns, giveaways, and events.
• Track and manage partner interactions, leads, and opportunities in the CRM system.
• Follow up on inquiries and collaborate with the internal team to ensure partner needs are met.
• Identify and pursue opportunities for business growth.
• Participate in continuous learning and development.
