DRYmedic Restoration of Central Phoenix is seeking a motivated Business Development Representative to grow referral networks through established plumber relationships and partnerships with property managers, realtors, and insurers.

The role focuses on relationship marketing, lead generation, and expanding brand awareness. Ideal candidates bring B2B marketing experience, strong communication, and a proactive, self-directed work style.

Qualifications

• Existing network of plumbers and/or experience in plumbing restoration or home services sales.
• 2+ years of experience in B2B marketing, trade sales, or territory development.
• Knowledge of water, fire, or mold restoration services is a plus.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with strong follow-up habits.
• Self-motivated, organized, and able to manage your own schedule.

Responsibilities

• Leverage relationships with plumbers and plumbing companies, HVAC and Roofers to generate referrals.
• Build and maintain partnerships with property managers, realtors, and insurance agents.
• Represent DRYmedic at industry events, trade shows, and community functions.
• Deliver marketing materials to referral partners and ensure follow-up.
• Track weekly referral activity and partner engagement in CRM or dashboard.
• Collaborate with the Executive Team to identify new market opportunities.
• Stay updated on restoration and plumbing industry trends and competitors’ marketing.
• Support social media content featuring partner collaborations and events.
