Job summary

Rocky Mountain Restoration is seeking an energetic outside salesperson to generate high-quality leads by building meaningful partnerships with referral partners such as plumbing companies, property managers, and insurance agents. You will conduct in-person visits, host trainings, manage opportunities in CRM, and collaborate with the team to deliver exceptional service.

Expect a fast-paced, growth-focused environment with on-call expectations and a competitive base salary plus commission.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of outside sales experience, preferably B2B.
• 2–3 years of customer service experience.
• Strong communication skills required.
• Familiarity with restoration industry or related fields preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with referral partners, including plumbing companies, property managers, and insurance agents.
• Conduct regular in-person visits and check-ins with partners to ensure satisfaction and identify new opportunities.
• Host trainings and group meetings with referral partners to share best practices, updates, and new service offerings.
• Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns, giveaways, and events.
• Track and manage partner interactions, leads, and opportunities in the CRM system.
• Follow up on inquiries and collaborate with the internal team to ensure partner needs are met.
• Identify and pursue opportunities for business growth.
• Participate in continuous learning and development.
