QuestMark, a division of CentiMark Corporation, is hiring an experienced Sales Representative for the commercial flooring market. The role focuses on selling polished concrete and epoxy flooring systems, plus materials for end users in commercial, retail, and industrial sectors.

Compensation includes a signing bonus, high base,Commission, quarterly and yearly bonuses, with total annual pay targeting $120k–$300k. Travel may be required, and benefits are offered.

Qualifikationen

• Sales experience in commercial flooring required; Experience with concrete polishing & resinous coatings highly preferred.
• 2+ years of past territory and account development experience
• Solid qualifying and closing ability with a history of sales success
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Strong time and territory management skills and motivation to develop new accounts
• Valid State driver's license (in good standing) is required

Aufgaben

• Responsible for account development and territory development through existing account follow up, cold calling/prospecting, telemarketing lead follow up, target marketing and business development meetings
• New and existing account development, site inspections, proposal deliveries and material demonstrations
• Provide accurate information for proposals for customers
• Some overnight travel
• Grow regional sales and build the territory
