Orkin Commercial is seeking an Outside Sales Rep to join a team backed by a nearly 125-year iconic brand and a proven training program. You’ll leverage high-performance sales skills to win new business across industries, build trusted relationships, and advance within a mission-driven company.

You’ll receive a competitive base with uncapped commissions, a company vehicle and gas card, tech tools, and a comprehensive benefits package including 401(k) matching and paid time off.

Qualifications

• No industry experience required; sales experience preferred.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver's license required.
• Willing to obtain pesticide license if required (company paid).

Responsibilities

• Understand Orkin’s products and services and how to sell them to various industries.
• Make strategic recommendations to prevent pests and uphold safety and regulatory standards.
• Prospect new business and manage assigned leads to achieve sales goals.
• Prepare sales agreements using the provided iPad and sales software.
