Job summary

Orkin is seeking an Outside Sales Rep to drive growth across commercial clients. You will learn Orkin’s services, build relationships, and close deals while delivering trusted pest control solutions.

Role emphasizes field sales, inspections, and using company tools to manage agreements, with base pay plus uncapped commissions. Training is provided and a company vehicle is available after training.

Qualifications

• No Experience Required!! Sales experience preferred.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Ability to obtain the appropriate pesticide license/certification if required (company paid).
• Ability to work in the field independently and interact with our great clients.

Responsibilities

• Understand Orkin’s products and services and how to sell them to a variety of industries.
• Make strategic recommendations to new and existing customers to prevent pests and meet regulatory standards.
• Build trusted relationships as an essential partner protecting their business.
• Achieve sales goals through prospecting new business and assigned leads.
• Utilize marketing tools to drive new business development.
• Conduct an inspection of the interior and exterior of the customer’s commercial property.
• Make recommendations based on inspection findings and address client questions.
• Use the iPad provided to prepare sales agreements and stay organized.
