Qualifications

• No industry experience required; sales experience preferred.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid driver's license required.
• Ability to obtain pesticide license/certification if required (company paid).
• Ability to work in the field independently and interact with clients.

Responsibilities

• Understand Orkin's products and services and how to sell them to various industries.
• Make strategic recommendations to new and existing customers to prevent pests and meet regulatory standards.
• Build trusted relationships with customers to protect their business with practical solutions.
• Achieve sales goals through prospecting new business and assigned leads.
• Utilize marketing tools to drive new business development.
• Conduct inspections of interiors and exteriors of commercial properties and recommend solutions.
• Prepare sales agreements and stay organized using provided tools.
