Job summary

Orkin is seeking an Outside Sales Rep to join its Commercial sales team. You’ll sell pest-control solutions to diverse industries and leverage award-winning training and a strong brand reputation.

Position offers a base pay with uncapped commissions, a company vehicle, and a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, vision, 401(k) matching, and paid vacation. No industry experience is required to start.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Ability to obtain the appropriate pesticide license/certification if required (company paid).
• No experience required; sales experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Understand Orkin’s products and services and how to sell them to a variety of industries.
• Make strategic recommendations to prevent pests, uphold quality and safety, and satisfy regulatory standards.
• Build trusted relationships as an essential partner protecting their business.
• Achieve sales goals through prospecting new business and assigned leads.
• Use the iPad and sales tools to prepare sales agreements and stay organized.
