Orkin is seeking a B2B Outside Sales Representative to join the Commercial sales team. You will sell pest management solutions to diverse industries, building trusted relationships and delivering practical, effective pest control programs. Training is provided, with opportunities for leadership and upward mobility.

You’ll drive new business through prospecting and leveraging marketing tools, while maintaining a customer-focused approach and ensuring safety and compliance in all activities.

Qualifications

• No Experience Required, sales experience preferred.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Ability to obtain pesticide license/certification if required (company paid).
• Ability to work in the field independently and interact with clients.

Responsabilités

• Understand Orkin’s products and services and how to sell them to various industries.
• Make strategic recommendations to new and existing customers to prevent pests and meet regulatory standards.
• Build trusted relationships with customers and act as a problem solver to address needs.
• Achieve sales goals through prospecting new business and assigned leads.
• Use provided tools to prepare sales agreements and stay organized.
