UniFirst is seeking an Outside Sales Representative for North Mobile, AL to drive new business growth and manage a local territory. You’ll prospect, present, and close multi-year service agreements for uniform rental and facility programs.

The ideal candidate has 0–2+ years in B2B sales, a track record of meeting targets, and strong negotiation skills. This full-time role offers uncapped commissions, a competitive base salary, and clear advancement opportunities.

Qualifications

• 0-2+ years of B2B sales experience preferred.
• Proven track record of exceeding sales targets.
• Strong negotiation and closing skills.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle.
• Willingness to travel locally and work with a team.

Responsibilities

• Prospect and qualify leads across a defined territory through cold calling, networking, referrals, and in-person visits
• Conduct on-site assessments and presentations for uniform rental, floor care, restroom, and facility service programs
• Develop tailored proposals and close multi-year service agreements
• Maintain and update CRM with accurate client information and activity
• Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales quotas
• Collaborate with service and operations teams to ensure seamless customer onboarding
