Job summary

Ace Hardware Corporation is seeking an Outside Sales Representative to drive B2B growth by engaging business customers, building a pipeline, and coordinating with Ace retailers to deliver practical solutions.

You will conduct site visits, manage accounts, and use CRM to track activity, while traveling daily in a defined territory and representing Ace professionally to foster loyalty and repeat business.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of B2B sales, outside sales or account management experience.
• Ability to build a pipeline, conduct meetings, identify needs, and follow up on quotes.

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop business customers in assigned market.
• Build a pipeline of prospects and active accounts using data, referrals, CRM activity.
• Conduct customer discovery, site visits, and account planning to grow recurring B2B sales.
• Maintain accurate CRM records and sales activity to support growth.
• Travel daily within an assigned territory and coordinate with participating Ace retailers.
