Orkin is hiring an Outside Sales Rep in San Jose, CA to understand and sell pest management solutions to diverse industries. You’ll build trusted relationships, win new business, and help customers meet safety and compliance needs. Training is comprehensive and no industry experience is required to start a rewarding career.

You’ll work with a strong team, earn base pay plus uncapped commissions, and enjoy a company vehicle, tech devices, and a broad benefits package after training.

Qualificações

• No experience required; sales experience preferred.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Ability to obtain pesticide license/certification if required (company paid).

Responsabilidades

• Prioritize safety in all responsibilities.
• Conduct yourself with professionalism and integrity with customers and coworkers.
• Serve as an empathetic problem solver for commercial customers by utilizing training to recommend solutions.
• Achieve sales goals through prospecting new business and assigned leads.
• Utilize marketing tools to drive new business development.
• Inspect the interior and exterior of the customer’s commercial property.
• Make recommendations to customers addressing issues and setting expectations.
• Use the iPad to prepare sales agreements and stay organized.
