Job summary

Orkin is seeking a B2B Outside Sales Representative to join its Commercial sales team in California. You’ll drive new business, nurture relationships in diverse industries, and deliver pest-control solutions with a consultative approach.

Training is provided; no industry experience required. Expect base pay plus uncapped commissions, a company vehicle, and comprehensive benefits as you grow into leadership opportunities.

Qualifications

• No Experience Required!! Sales experience preferred
• High School Diploma or equivalent required
• Valid driver’s license required
• Ability to obtain the appropriate pesticide license/certification if required (company paid)
• Ability to work in the field independently and interact with our great clients

Responsibilities

• Understand Orkin’s products and services and how to sell them to a variety of industries.
• Make strategic recommendations to new and existing customers to help prevent pests and satisfy regulatory standards.
• Solve problems and build trusted relationships as an essential partner protecting their business.
• Achieve sales goals through prospecting new business and assigned leads.
• Utilize marketing tools to drive new business development.
• Conduct inspections of interior and exterior of customer’s commercial property and explain solutions.
