Job summary

Orkin is seeking a B2B Outside Sales Representative to join its Commercial sales team. You’ll promote pest management services to diverse industries, develop new business, and build lasting client relationships using a strong training program and a proven Orkin process.

This position offers base pay plus uncapped commissions, a company vehicle with a gas card after training, a smart device suite, health benefits, a 401(k) plan with match, and opportunities for advancement within a mission-driven

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Ability to obtain pesticide license/certification if required (company paid).
• No experience required; sales experience preferred.
• Ability to work in the field independently with clients.

Responsibilities

• Understand Orkin’s products and services and how to sell them to various industries.
• Make strategic recommendations to new and existing customers to prevent pests and meet standards.
• Build trusted relationships as a partner protecting their business.
• Achieve sales goals through prospecting and follow-up on leads.
• Use provided tools to prepare sales agreements and stay organized.
