Job summary

Orkin is seeking an Outside Sales Rep in the commercial sector. You’ll promote Orkin’s pest control products and services to diverse industries, build trusted relationships, and meet sales targets with a strong support system including training and resources.

You’ll receive a company vehicle, a gas card after training, iPhone/iPad with software, comprehensive benefits, and a 401(k) with company match. No industry experience required to start, with growth opportunities and a mission-driven team.

Qualifications

• No Experience Required!! Sales experience preferred
• High School Diploma or equivalent required
• Valid driver’s license required
• Ability to obtain the appropriate pesticide license/certification if required (company paid)
• Ability to work in the field independently and interact with our great customers inside their businesses and/or homes

Responsibilities

• Understand Orkin’s products and services and how to sell them to a variety of industries
• Make strategic recommendations to new and existing customers to help prevent pests, uphold quality and safety, and satisfy regulatory standards
• Build trusted relationships as an essential partner protecting their business
• Achieve sales goals through prospecting new business and assigned leads
• Utilize marketing tools to drive new business development
• Conduct an inspection of the interior and exterior of the customer’s property and propose the best solutions
• Prepare sales agreements using the iPad and stay organized
