Job summary

Orkin is actively seeking an Outside Sales Rep to drive growth for commercial pest programs. You will learn our products, build relationships with diverse industries, and recommend effective pest solutions.

You’ll prioritize safety, professionalism, and empathy while meeting sales goals through prospecting and servicing leads. Training and tools support success in a competitive market.

Qualifications

• No Experience Required; sales experience preferred.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid driver's license required.
• Ability to obtain pesticide license/certification if required (company paid).
• Ability to work in the field independently and interact with clients.

Responsibilities

• Understand Orkin's products and services and how to sell them to various industries.
• Make strategic recommendations to new and existing customers to prevent pests.
• Satisfy regulatory standards and uphold quality and safety.
• Build trusted relationships with customers as a business partner.
• Prospect new business and manage assigned leads using marketing tools.
• Inspect interior and exterior of commercial properties and present solutions.
• Explain solutions, set expectations, and ensure peace of mind in pest programs.
• Use provided iPad to prepare sales agreements and stay organized.
