Job summary

Orkin LLC is seeking an Outside Sales Rep in California to sell pest control solutions to commercial clients. You’ll leverage a strong brand, extensive training, and a field-based role to protect customer properties and drive growth.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Ability to obtain the appropriate pesticide license/certification if required (company paid).
• No industry experience required; sales experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Understand Orkin’s products and services and how to sell them to various industries.
• Make strategic recommendations to new and existing customers to prevent pests and satisfy regulatory standards.
• Build trusted relationships with customers as a field-based partner protecting their business.
• Achieve sales goals through prospecting new business and assigned leads.
• Use provided tools to prepare sales agreements and stay organized.
